There are several questions that accompany some of our billing options. We will try to address all of them here.

What is eCheck?

eCheck is a method of payment that uses your checking account information to automatically debit your checking account for the approved amount of payment (specified by the customer). In order to make an eCheck payment you can either call in and speak to Customer Service or Billing Department and request an eCheck payment. They will ask you for the name on your checking account, the bank the account is through, the routing number for the bank, and the account number. You tell them how much you want to pay on your bill and they run the payment. The best part about eCheck is that you can make a payment at any time during our normal support hours and there are NO hidden or extra charges, if you tell them that you want to pay $19.99 that's all that is charged to your account.

How do Credit Card payments work?

When you call in to pay your bill with a credit card, the Customer Service or Billing Department personell will ask you for the name that is printed on the card, the credit card number, the expiration date, and the type of credit card. You tell them how much you want to make the payment for and they run the charge to the card. You can also do Credit Card payments during any of our service hours and like eCheck, there are NO additional charges.

How does your online payments work?

Our online payment options work the same as normal eCheck or Credit Card payments. You enter the information and the amount to pay, and that information is sent to the Billing Department. Once Billing Department receives it the payments are processed as normal. You can submit a payment 24 hours a day, however they payments will not be processed until the following morning (If made on Sunday-Thursday. Payments made on Friday or Saturday are processed the following Monday morning). As the normal payments with eCheck or Credit Card, there are no extra charges for paying online.

Where can I find my routing number?

Your routing number is part of the numbers at the bottom of your checks. The first nine numbers (Between the |: and |:) at the bottom make up your routing number. The second set of numbers is usually your check number. The last set of numbers is your account number. Here is an example check to reference.
